not really a time cloak but still a very interesting idea for an extremely advanced illusion couldn't an observer see the lens though? or am I reading this wrong?

So if we send a Permanent Magnet through there will be no traces of the Magnetic Field for the 110 nanosecond event gap..

Sounds like if you was to achieve a intermittent cycle you could get some really neat results if timed right

@nadur.baile, not sure it is or isn't a time cloak, it does slow light, allow an "event" then speed up the slowed light so that the "event" is never visable. Sounds like a "time" field moreso than a "cloak" unless they are using the term "cloak" in it's "prevention" aspect, in which case it would quailfy as a "cloak"

The bigger question is. What is time?

They have a lense that can accelerate light? I wonder if they can tune that baby out and just accelerate normal light. Probably not, but one can dream.

I wonder how they verified that the event took place?
If they could, they hadn't succeed in building a device that concealed events in time. If they couldn't, then how would they know if it conceals events at all?

@rafk, really? Ok you and a friend do this experiment, you know you created said "event", your friend never see's it. you know the "event" took place, because you caused it. Your friend, never sees it. So how does he know if it ever took place? Well, you tell him.

as to there mesuring the gap in event, they probly took the knowen time for light to pass the area, then measured what time it actually took and there you go, or atleast i think that makes sence

I'm also having a hard time understanding what this would look like visually if they were able to cloak for a duration of say, 2 or 3 seconds. Wouldn't the object go black from the lack of photons? Or would I be experiencing the same photos longer and basically perceive old photons while the event took place?

Seems like bose-einstein condensate properties could be applied to the lens. It would slow the light much more...

@pdxwebdev and lanredneck, you would not actually perceive the event unless it left evidence within the environment where it took place. Imagine the device is between you and your screen. This would slow the light between the two lenses to allow an event to take place. You could perceive the event if it were an explosion that left burn marks or some other event that altered matter outside the "time window." But if the event were just a leprechaun dancing on your keyboard, you probably wouldn't even know he was there.

Maybe try thinking "Inception" but where a second time alteration doesn't slow it further, but accelerates it back to the original point of slowing, hence making any events between the two time alterations unperceptive.

Because time depends on light and gravity I've often wondered how this has affected our views of Red Shift. Red Shift would appear to be changing at an extreme rate due to gravitational pulls from stars and light sources. Can we say that time can be measured precisely since it varies depending on gravity and light?

Tesla's electric motor used a 3-phase electrical winding. When you combine three sine waves out of phase, they act as if there is just one rotating sine wave which can be seen by using a math program to reduce the equation.

Professor Wheeler of Princeton has shown that a toroidal waveguide produces a rotating twisting gravitational wave down the centerline. Light does not like to travel in a circle so it creates a space-time curvature to compensate for the pressure exerted on it by the circular waveguide. Notice that he uses only one waveguide whereas Tesla used three waves.

So what happens when you use three concentric co-planar toroidal waveguides? As shown by Einstein's tensor, you get a linear gear tooth space-time curvature down the centerline of the toroids. Depending on the direction of travel of the waves, the gear runs up or down.

So if this device is mounted on a hovering spacecraft, and you are standing on the ground below it, the positive space-time curvature will lift you up in the air into the spacecraft. If you run it in the reverse direction, you will descend to the ground. This has applications in anti-gravity elevators or removing space orbital debris by pushing the debris toward the sun or bringing the debris closer to earth so that it burns up in the atmosphere.

Those are the pressure terms in the tensor, but in the upper left corner is the time tt-component which is also a gear tooth profile. So an object experiences a forward or backward time travel into the future or the past.

By moving the object slightly into the future, the object becomes invisible and therefore cloaked.

Can someone explain how they are able to accelerate photons that are already traveling at light speed?

A man called me up and said that he had seen an alien spacecraft go into a cloud, but as he kept watching, it never came back out. He thought it was hiding in the cloud.

So I mentioned that the cloud was actually a wormhole and that the spacecraft had gone into another dimension where it could not be seen.

So here we have the ultimate cloaking method. When smoke is blown into one side of the coil of the magnetic vortex wormhole generator, it does not appear on the other side of the coil because the smoke goes into a hyperspace co-dimension. Smoke Cloak?

here's a question, if they are cloaking an object from time could they measure the duration of the "event" from this side of the cloak? what if it was an eternity in the "event" what if it was immediate in the event?

I am not sure that invisibility cloaking is such a good idea because it doesn't protect from getting shot for example. It would be much better if the person were out of dimension. Then a bullet would just pass through the person.

Planck's constant h is equal to 2pi times the linear mass of the universe times the Planck scale squared times the speed of light. The base constant is the Planck constant divided by the speed of light. The mass times the wavelength is equal to the base constant. The electron sits on the base constant along a 45 degree natural ln line of -95.91546344.

If low density hyperspace energy is brought into this dimension, the linear mass is very small. This puts the electron, which is the proton, out of dimension. Thus the person goes out of dimension.

Since the person and the bullet are not in the same dimension, the person can not be shot. A person who is slightly out of dimension appears like a black silhouette which would be difficult to see at night. And the other advantage is that the person can still see what is going on in this dimension. Being out of dimension also means that the person can walk through walls.

Compared to invisibility cloaking, out-of-dimension cloaking is superior.

There is absolutely no way to test this. Assuming that this could work, there is currently no time warp technology. I've tried the hop to the left and step to the right method. It's not effective.

Even if it did work against the most rudimentary time manipulating technology, the fact that this was method was developed before such technology exists would imply that future generations of time travelers have already figured a way around it.

The way that the bubble is created is by changing Planck's constant using environmental oscillators having a range of temperature and frequency. This opens up the path into hyperspace.

The power of a gravitational wave is inversely proportional to the 5th power of the speed of light. In this dimension, which has a high speed of light of 299792458 meters/second, the power of the wave is small.

The speed of light in hyperspace is only 1 meter/second so that the power is 10^42 times greater. Thus a gravitational wave traveling through hyperspace creates a space-time bubble that folds around the object. The bubble then teleports the object to another location depending on the pulse width of the wave.

Of course this is how the first gravitational wave was detected.

Gravitational waves were also detected by a change in the speed of light in a room which makes the room wavy like water. The person causing the waves is cloaked. When the person stands still, there are no gravitational waves being generated. So it is an invisibility and a time cloak also. The cloaked person can see into the room.

Hyperspace is also a time cloak because the dimensional relativity between space and hyperspace is 200,000 to 1. So you have several days to do something, and then get back to your space-time in one second. This would be great for car repairs or getting your homework done on time.

As for getting your homework done, when the teacher hands out the assignment, you use the triple toroidal time travel waveguide T^4w to move slightly back in time. Then you move into the hyperspace bubble where you have several days to do the homework. Then you come back out of the bubble and move forward in time one second later.

As the teacher hands you the homework, you give her your finished paper. She thinks you are cheating and you are sent to see the principal.

@D13 is correct in that acoustical frequencies can start things off by opening wormholes into hyperspace.

As example of this is given to us by abductees who have noticed that the landed alien spacecraft, when taking off, produces a chirping frequency.

When a mirror has a time changing acceleration, known as jerk, it produces negative energy. Negative energy, as shown by Thorne, opens up a wormhole between space and hyperspace. Because negative energy has a lower potential than low-density hyperspace energy, the hyperspace energy flows into our dimension and over the hull of the spacecraft.

Applying a small electromagnetic field curves the space-time around the hull which experiences a lift force. Thus the spacecraft jumps off the ground which is to say that it is no longer grounded to earth. Notice that in order to levitate the human body with Qi Gong breathing, you also need to jump off the ground to break ground contact. Then the main drive takes over. The three gravitational amplifiers are in the plane of the hull, so they roll the hull 90 degrees in order to angle the amplifiers upward in order to gain altitude. By curving the outside amplifier, they execute right-angle turns to gain even more lift. When mowing the grass with a lawnmower, you pivot on the inside wheel which spins the mower 90 degrees.

Space-time is just a resonant electromagnetic field with a frequency equal to the speed of light divided by the Planck wavelength. This frequency is outside our dimension, and the difference is the momentum of space. So the electromagnetic field has momentum and frequency. Thus the universe has a clock that is exceedingly fine as shown by inverting the frequency to get the period. Notice that because electromagnetic fields curve space-time, the universe has a radius. Or, because the universe has a radius, it is an electromagnetic field. So the universe is the bubble that D13 talks about.

The momentum of space is ridiculously large at 6.525385151 kg-m/s. It seems some mechanical device could resonate with momentum to create a wormhole. The first wormhole was created with the magnetic vortex wormhole generator using electromagnetic bucking fields.

There are other examples of frequencies opening holes into hyperspace that D13 mentions.

For example, the Tibetan bowls when rubbed with the wooden mallet generate frequencies that bring in chi energy into the body. This is used to boost one's spiritual energy or for energy healing.

Slim Spurling's helical-wound ring brings energy into or out of the ring. The copper helix essentially is a mechanical way to curve space-time. By placing the ring on a turnable and having the metal spheres in an asymmetric pattern, tornados can be diverted from the city. The field is that enormous and we diverted a storm from the city using a vertically-placed ring.

The time warp generator allows the flow of hyperspace energy which creates a circular gravitational field. Using a laser light or tetrahedron, the gravity field can be rotated 90 degrees so that it becomes radial, and the energy flow circular. First contact was made when the beings in the co-dimension yelled, "Hey, turn that light off!"

Notice that homeopathic pills have no medicine in them, just the frequency of the health condition you want treated. Taking the homeopathic for Lyme disease, the guardian angels read the frequency of the pill and remove half the viruses with those frequencies. Then in two days, they remove another half until all the viruses are moved into a hyperspace co-dimension where they are converted into pure energy.

One experimenter put some water in a coke can and then vibrated the can at different frequencies. Lo and behold the water formed small water droplets that floated on the surface. Thus our particles could be just the result of the electromagnetic field's high vibration.

@D13 - You need to read Linus Pauiing's book "Vitamin C and the Common Cold." I learned how to think with this book because it shows how to solve difficult problems by putting constraints on them. This narrows the possible solutions and allowed Pauling to determine the shape of the molecules in the DNA molecule, which are planar. If our government had allowed him to go to England to see the crystal diffraction pattern, he would have had three Nobel prizes.

As for energy healing, I am certified in Matrix Energetics, Symbolic Coder and Tong Ren. We have had marvelous results in healing people of MS, Abducens disease, lower back pain, cancer, getting people off of Prozac, removing entities and bringing people back to their bodies among 193 health issues we can treat.

Aliens, energy healing and hyperspace concepts are constraints in solving problems. For example, the Cornell professors taught us that the speed of light in a vacuum is a constant. Analyzing the constraints, you find out that the speed of light is not constant. Thus Planck's constant is not a constant either, which leads to the discovery of teleportation.

As for the mass of objects, the tetrahedron diagram, which is a natural ln plot of mass vs wavelength shows that the electron wavelength reflects off the circumscribing sphere of the tetrahedron and returns as the mass of electron. The distance between mass and wavelength is the hyperspace charge. The charge of space less the hyperspace charge is the electron charge.

Then the electron path merges with the proton path in the reverse direction and returns as the electron. This means that the mass, wavelength and charge are determined geometrically and that the electron is the proton. This is why they have the same charge and opposite polarity due to the reverse pathway. Furthermore, a sphere of radius proton wavelength divided by 2pi/10 is tangent to the internal faces of the tetrahedron. A sphere of radius electron wavelength times the momentum of space sits on the edge of the tetrahedron tangent to the proton sphere. Thus the geometry brings in the particles, creating the fractal geometry of space-time. These vortices can be seen at 19.5 deg on the planets.

I think your concept of the universe as a membrane floating in extra-dimensional space is incorrect. The universe and its co-dimensions are expanding into the black void as a bubble of electromagnetic energy. The top fractal is called the Upper Tetrahedron, given to us by the aliens thank you, and the Ultimate Tetrahedron is a based on these Upper Tetrahedrons of the multiverse and the black void.

When talking with energy beings, the angle of communication is 0 deg. Talking to the Pleiadians 440 light years out is about 35 deg. Talking to the Upper Tetrahedron people is 70 deg. Thus the Ultimate Tetrahedron fractal has to be talking at 90 deg or straight up.

By limiting yourself to other sources of knowledge, you limit your ability to solve difficult problems. Did you discover teleportation, the circular gravitational field, the first wormhole into hyperspace, levitation by space-time curvature or 1200 alien civilizations?

@Skylar, this is exactly my point. We use Light Speed to measure distance, but Light itself is effected by both tempurature and gravity. If I measured with something that was elastic (as light is due to it being slowed and curved by temp and gravity) could I really claim X distance from an inconstant measuring device? Time, as we know it, is a human thought process wrapped around a process that can only be percived by each person. It's totally an individual experience. How many times has things "taken forever" when you were bored, but "flew by" when you were having fun. We do not measure time, that is a farce, our clocks only measure the time to takes the earth to spin on it's axis divided into 12. Our calculation of "time" holds nothing once you leave the medium in which that calculation is linked to. An isolation chamber is a good example, with no external stimulus, there is no way to judge time. It just is, it's not long, it's not short, it's not definite, it just is. Light is not constant, Time is not constant. These are things that we use to "define" our existance, and these variables get roped into equations and listed as constants. This may be why "we" can't grasp what happens when space gets distorted. The earth is distorting space as proven by recent experiments... we can't get a handle on what space or time really is... and I personally believe it's because we are looking at them both, all wrong. Space is more materialistic that we expecting it. Time is far to variable and "user specific" for use to pin it down to 1 value.

To those that still can't "get" the concept in the article. The observer, unaware of the cloaking would never see anything unless as stated above there was some lasting effects on objects once the timeline gets sped back up. Lack of light does not = black, lack of light equals invisable since to be visable, light has to be reflected off said surface, be recieved by our photo opticl receptors and then processed into an object in our minds.

I'm familar with M theory, although I'm not a full fan of it, I like to think more of the M theory but as bubbles, rather than sheets of space/time layed next to each other. There, for all purposes *has* to be a layer or dimension that we interact with constantly that we as of yet cannot quanitify. I picture everything as a sort of soap bubble, all objects on the bubble create dimples in the bubble, not sure if they dimple outward or inward.. maybe both? black holes then would not be "holes" or "rips" but rather nodes like when a water droplet is getting close to dropping off a sheet or something. We are far to young as a species to fully understand it all, but I hope we will one day. Theoretical physics is quite fun!

listen up everyone, lightspeed is a constant in a vacuum, it's speed can change when moivng through some type of medium, there is no such thing as gravity, spacetime is warped by the mass of a given object, light follows this curvature and appears to bend when it is actually is still going straight, it only appears to bend to the observer, this Einstien stuff is hard to get grasp, but i believe i got it right

@drchuck1, no one is saying Light Speed isnt a constant in a vacuum... "outer space" however, isn't a true vacuum, it's less of a vacuum than the ones used to calculate the speed of light. Read up on the subject a bit, there is quite a bit of particals, pressure, winds, thermal zones, etc. We haven't even left our own helisphere yet, but know that our heliosheath is blown oblong due to spacewinds... Space is very much less a vacuum than we thought... just because it lacks heavy gasses doesn't make it a void like it was called years ago.

That's BS!!! They're just blowing smoke up their own arses. Clearly nothing has been peer reviewed. What is the frame of reference? Where is the observer? The only way (semi-theoretically) to say an event happened, but wasn't witnessed by anybody, is when something happens beyond the event horizon. That can only happen near a black hole where the gravity is so extreme that, according to general relativity, nothing can escape, not even light.

Interesting discovery! Now, find a way to re-route the light from hitting a specified object and showing what is on the other side, so that the cloak may be sustained visually for an indefinite amount of time! This technology would allow one to physically touch what cannot be seen; however, would provide the surprise of discovery of what is actually there by not showing it to the naked eye. Using such a technique for military purposes could even save many lives! As for magnetic fields, why aren't they being used to provide safety through force fields? They already can lock doors! So, why not electronically enhance magnetic fields to block the passage of metallic objects, at least, if not combine the force with a taser like effect to provide field of force stopping living organisms for passage as well? Using laser technology, one could even combine the two, magnetic polarity and laser emitting diodes, to create the full star trek effect. Basically, through using magnetic fields and lasers, which would normally be used for cutting things such as diamonds, one could combine the two and also research techniques capable of keeping all sorts of particles and matter from passing through the field and light to prevent any sort of passage through the field allowing it to become a force field, or shield. Another way it can be seen is through the recreation of our planets polarity with increased effects which would allow the field to be much stronger to prevent any sort of passage while the field is engaged. Unless, it is somehow disrupted by a much more powerful force. There have already been studies on the Earth's polarity field, and science labs have already shown to increase it in massive numbers, but now we should use it to our advantage to help provide better public safety as well as space exploration.

Hmm.. not sure if "time cloak" is the proper term for this, since from what I can gather, it just seems that this cloak relies on some form of light modulation.

It doesn't "cloak" an event from the effects of time (there's no time distortion for the actual event that's taking place), but what it seems to be doing by modulating light and compressing it pre-event then decompressing it afterwards, is the visual perception of the event never taking place since it occurred during a gap in the flow of light.

Not so sure about practical applications of this type of cloaking (in the common use of the term), but light modulation would seem to be useful for fiber optics and maybe this kind of cloaking technique would also be useful when manipulating or encrypting data?

Hmm.. I wonder how you can integrate this tech on a holographic quantum computer, since perception also seems to affect quantum states..
