I am a medical doctor and I want one of these, TODAY!!!!

I would prefer it not to have the cords and the sound to be wirelessly tranmitted to my earbuds.

But POP SCI is right! The classic stethoscope is a symbol. So the designers chose not to change it.

I wonder how good is the system in recognizing clinical manifestations from the audio transmitted through the stethoscope.

I was trained to use a stethoscope, now I will be trained by one!

Technology never ceases to fascinate me....

Perhaps the best thing about this is that it can go directly to the EHR. If in fact the physician puts it in the record, it'll be a great baseline to watch.

can this stethoscope be used in veterinary medicine? i'am very interested in getting one.
