While reviewers are experiencing the tolls of “Oculus Face,” many fans who pre-ordered the virtual reality headset are still waiting at home, wondering when their devices will ship.

In an attempt to quell anxious customers, Oculus will pay shipping for all pre-orders made until today, including international shipments, CEO Brendan Iribe confirmed early this morning.

The delay was due to a shortage of components, the company explained in an email. They expect shipment information to be updated by April 12.

This can translate into huge savings to some international customers. Reddit user SvenViking says this move would save them more than $132 AUD in expected costs. Iribe responded to the Reddit comment, confirming the savings and apologizing for not letting customers know earlier.

This article was updated to reflect that the shipping of pre-orders made to date will be covered by Oculus, not every pre-order going forward.
