Realm of the Mad God is the brainchild of Rob Shillingsburg and Alex Carobus, who decided they wanted to make an easy-to-play massivelymultiplayer game. They wanted something with no registration required, that players can just drop in and out of. The result is Realm of the Mad God, a fast and furious multiplayer game that more closely resembles an arcade game than slow and steady genre heavyweights like World of Warcraft.
