So we'll say this up front: a lot of the facts in this infographic from Medex Supply, while true, aren't necessarily going to add years to your life--correlation and causation will see to that. (Are you going to live longer because you floss, or are people who floss going to live longer because they take care of themselves better in general?)
That said, there's some neat factoids in here. Look at where Augustus Caesar died in comparison to the average life expectancy of today. And look at those long-living people in Monaco. Interesting stuff!
Relax with some life-extending tea or a moderate amount of booze and check it out.
