This Week in the Future, February 28-March 4, 2011 Baarbarian

LOOK OUT! Four articles are portrayed in this week's harrowing This Week in the Future masterpiece, which means you've got four paths to winning a t-shirt with the illustration on it. Just tell us which one is your favorite (via Facebook, Twitter, or comment) and why, and if we like your explanation best, you win!

The rules: Pick your favorite of the four stories featured in this week's Baarbarian masterwork, and tell us why you picked it. You can do that via Twitter (follow us, and use the hashtag #TWitF so we can find you) or comment on the TWitF post on our Facebook page (and, of course, you can just buy the t-shirt here, if you're into that whole exchanging-currency-for-goods-and/or-services thing, rather than competing in social media contests). The stories are:

And let's not forget our other favorite stories from the past week:

Darpa project to make 4 legged robots as fast as their counterparts one day....

Golf club that will improve your swing and or game.....

New Ipad with its camera......

Nanoparticle lube oil additives that reduce friction.....

My favorite.... Nanolube!
This story shows the most promise and the most to benefit from in the near future seeint that we cannot seem to invent a better source of power than the internal combustion engine. Ipad holds no intrest to me, nor does golf of the fact how much money is wasted on DARPA projects that usually wind up getting shelved..GO NANOLUBE!

The nanolube prevails as the best invention of this week in my opinion as it can benefit society best. It is surprising that ever since the invention of the automobile and the internal combustion engine, with the rate at which humanity is progressing, we have failed to make an efficient engine. The nanolube eases a problem that people have wondered about for a long time. Therefore with this invention an automobile engine becomes more efficient and is a step in the evolution of the automobile.
