The Moon Still a mystery. flemming christiansen

The standard explanation for the formation of our moon holds that during the formation of our solar system, a giant object smashed into the infant Earth, knocking loose a huge chunk of our planet that became our orbiting satellite. But the problem with easy explanations is that the science doesn’t always reconcile with the theory. A new explanation of lunar formation holds that the big event that cleaved the moon wasn’t a space object at all, but a home-grown nuclear georeactor going supercritical, blasting the moon into orbit.

The rub with the standard explanation is thus: if a giant asteroid or some such object smashed into earth and sent the moon hurtling into its present orbit, the Moon ought to be composed of about 80 percent of that object's constituent material and about 20 percent of the Earth's. But the makeup of moon rock closely mirrors that of the Earth. The ratios of heavier elements in moon rock and Earth rock are simply too similar for the standard theory to hold up without some further explanation.

Another theory, known as the fission theory, suggests that the moon spun out of the rapidly spinning blob of molten rock that would later become Earth. But though this theory has lingered for 150 years, it has never been taken too seriously because no one could explain a catalyst that might launch a small chunk of earth out into space with enough force to defy Earth’s gravitational pull.

However, a couple of European researchers think they may have found the missing piece to the fission theory puzzle. According to their explanation, the centrifugal forces on Earth concentrated heavier elements like uranium and thorium near the surface around the equatorial plane. Enough of these elements in high enough concentrations could set off a runaway nuclear chain reaction, similar to the kind that cause nuke plant meltdowns. In this way, a natural-born nuclear georeactor was pushed to supercritical levels and: BOOM! The moon was cleaved from the Earth and rocketed into orbit by a massive nuclear explosion.

It’s a tough theory to test, but we do know that nuclear georeactors existed, their legacy left behind in the uranium we mine from the Earth today. If the theory can be confirmed, it could reverse decades of loose consensus on how our moon came into being.

If this is true, We need to re-elect bush to begin deploying troops to the center of the Earth to retrieve HIDDEN weapons of mass destruction. As Bush would say, "I invite all Americans to fight the spread of Nuclear Prolifa...Prolifer...Prolifor...Ahhh forget it"

My favorite Bush quote: "That makes sense to me, doesn't it?" (sorry for being off topic)

This article reeks of crank science, so it would hardle matter if you got off topic.

i think the moon was created by men with large quantities of cheese...

Perfect example of science thinking TOO hard. This mystery is solved, Gen. 1:14-19, not to mention many more.

This is not a joke! The religion of Islam and its offspring Sharia Law are taking over modern Europe as we know it. Muslims want Islam to take over Europe and North America and force women to cover up or be punished! Please educate yourself on this dire matter!

Correction the nuclear blast was not a georeactor but was caused by aliens who were blowing sh*t up and happened to be in our neighborhood so they decided to nuke our planet for the hell of it. Since at the time there were no intelligent life forms.

Some one call bruce and ben!

They're getting warmer. . .

"Enough of these elements in high enough concentrations could set off a runaway nuclear chain reaction, similar to the kind that cause nuke plant meltdowns"
"In this way, a natural-born nuclear georeactor was pushed to supercritical levels and: BOOM! "

Comparing a nuclear explosion to a nuclear meltdown only continues to spread misinformation about the nuclear industry. Why must this be done?

Even if they are both based on supercritical reactions, a nuclear plant can never go "boom".

Believe it or not, a man by the name of Elijah Muhammad taught about this very subject in the early 1930's. He taught that the moon was once a part of the earth and was blasted from this part now called earth. The blast was so terrific that this part called moon shot out 12,000 miles and the earth dropped down about 36,000 miles into its present pocket. He said that the water on that part called moon, fell back on this part, thus we have the earth covered with mostly water. The earth is 75% water and 25% land. The other land is now what we see orbiting the earth called moon. There is much spiritual significance to this, but if I shared all of what he taught of how and why the moon is out there, if may blow your moon or mind....LOL. Oh yeah, he also mentioned that proir to the moon acting to equalize the waters on the earth with its attractive power, the planet Mars acted in the position or function of moon to the earth. Think over that. He may not have put it in the modern, fancy scientific language, but he knew then what the world is just creeping up on.

jason, that is a really good idea of how the world formed. where could i read the rest of that?

Ask questions. I could share more if you'd like. I could send you a few articles as well. Just to wet your appetite: This event is called the deportation of the moon. IT happened about 66 trillion years ago, but how & why it happened will blow your mind! It also serves as a sign of something much deeper.

Dude, the universe hasn't even been around for 66 trillion years. Try 12-15 billion.

Well, sir... just as the scientist are just arriving to the conclusion that the moon was once apart of the earth, which was taught in the 1930's. But since this did no come from the so called scientific community, they rejected it, So when it is mentioned that the moon's deportation from earth happened 66 trillion years, most have no basis to believe it, so many may reject it, but time will prove it to be actual. So I understand your position. Root knowledge will take everyone deeper, branch knowledge is temporary. Respectfully, 12-25 billion is not even close to what is actual.

So this root knowledge... does it incorporate background radiation measurements? Or explain the cosmological constant? how about the Doppler Effect? or that well defined increasing hubble constant?
If you have any formulas, or could site just one accepted scientific theory that doesn't involve special coolaid and an invisible spaceship, your "root knowledge" may hold ground on Popular Science.
but there must be somthing like Popular Religion, or Popular Magic, for 66 trillion year old magic right?

Respectfully, I can fully appreciate the various other scientific perspectives, as you have mentioned in your words: radiation measurements, cosmological constant, doppler effect, or hubble constant as you have mentioned. I also agree with your statement about the "accepted" scientific "theory". Just as you are arguing that my position is foolishness in essences, you are quite aware that a theory means to speculate or consider from a point of view and it is merely a belief that is agreed upon or as you said "accepted". Since their knowledge is not absolute and the purpose of science is to know through experimentation, that means that just as they have changed their theory about the moon's origin, they too will change many things that they think they know. So rambling off a bunch of theory's does not make one wise. I'm sure their is value in some of it, but it's still not root knowledge. Time will bear witness to the position I accept... so stick around my friend.

Pardon me: The Wisdom of this WORLD is foolishness in the eyesight of God."

this is based on THE AUTOBIOGRAPHY OF MALCOLM X about DR.Yacuub a mad-scientist who supposedly created the white human race and also caused the georeaction to take place and separated the moon from the earth 66 trillion years ago read the book about midway you will find all this information
also see @ Jason2x

You'll really deport their minds, if you mention why the moon doesn't rotate.

@ Jason2x: True indeed...the God of the MOON side of the planet at that time thought the unthinkable of destroying himself, and all of civilization because he could not get the people to all speak one language! Peace...
