Panasonic TC-P54Z1

The first no-compromise wireless TV

This 54-inch plasma set is one inch slim with no visible inputs, tuner or tangle of cables. Those are across the room, attached to a separate tuner box, which sends 1080p, the highest-resolution video, to the set from up to 30 feet away. The Z1 is the first TV and tuner box capable of transmitting an uncompressed Blu-ray signal from across the room, courtesy of the SiBEAM 60-gigahertz WirelessHD chip inside. The tech delivers four-gigabit-per-second data rates, far faster than anything previously available at consumer prices.

now that is a step in the right direction!

what the power cord? its only mention here and in the panasonic site that the tv and hd signal is sent wireless from a transmitter across the room for a wire clutter free experience. no mention of the power cord, and all the pictures show none at all, so does it have none? last i heard wireless electricity was still a few years away.
