Update 4/8/16 5:00pm: SpaceX has landed the first stage of its Falcon 9 rocket on the droneship Of Course I Still Love You. You can see a gif of the moment it landed below.

The original post is as follows.

The stage is set for today’s SpaceX launch to the International Space Station, the company’s first since its June 2015 attempt ended with an explosion. The launch window opens at 4:43 PM Eastern Time and the launch weather is “90% go,” according to SpaceX.

Aboard the Falcon 9 rocket are more than 250 experiments, including an inflatable space habitat and a fungus that could save astronauts on Mars.

If the launch is successful, SpaceX will once again attempt to land the rocket’s first stage on the droneship “Of Course I Still Love You,” which is already on the Atlantic.

Our own Sarah Fecht is watching the launch live at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center. You can read more about the launch’s cargo and what Sarah’s learned at Cape Canaveral, as well as follow her on Twitter for all the latest live updates on the launch.
