According to Speed Stacks, the company that manufacturers the sport’s specialized cups, the activity helps children develop motor skills, patterning, hand-eye coordination, and better focus and concentration. Plus, speed stacking can help kids improve their bilateral proficiency, since they use both sides of their body to build their cup towers. Also, it just looks friggin’ cool.
