The Museum of Food and Drink hosted a roundtable debate about the Future of Meat in October, and PopSci was there. The panelists were:

Mark Budolfson, a philosopher at Princeton University who’s written about the ethics of meat eating;
Isha Datar, executive director of New Harvest, a non-profit that’s researching lab-cultured meat and other meat alternatives;
Patrick Martins, the founder of Heritage Foods and author of The Carnivore’s Manifesto;
and Peter Singer, author of Animal Liberation and a professor of bioethics at Princeton.

The roundtable was moderated by friend of PopSci Dave Arnold, who is the founder of the Museum of Food and Drink.
