Android users will feel slightly more at home on JetBlue flights in the near future. The airline has debuted an Android-powered user interface as part of an extensive redesign of its passenger experience.

JetBlue has rebuilt its A320 fleet cabins with an eye to meeting current demands for continued internet access from departure to destination. That means more entertainment and more ways to stay connected.

Unfortunately, it also means two fewer inches of overall space as they squeeze 12 extra seats in, bringing the total number up to 162 from 150.

Hopefully better in-air wifi and entertainment is enough to distract economy passengers from additional discomfort.
