Eight friends, inspired by movies like Elysium, decided to build their own strength-enhancing exosuit…in a garage. The result is the Ajax Exosuit, which allows its wearers to lift hundreds of pounds with zero effort. Although there are still a few kinks to work out—the suit is quite heavy and is easiest to use when it’s tethered to a frame—the Ajax is still impressive, especially when you consider that its creators are in their teens.
