Upcoming movie features a human-shaped spaceship and bad jokes
OK, so maybe it’s not the most practical design for a spaceship, but it’s still got to be good for a laugh or two, right? No? In an upcoming Eddie Murphy movie, Meet Dave, a group of aliens visit Earth inside a spaceship that looks exactly like their captain, who happens to be Eddie Murphy.
Nice idea, and one that may be able to entertain kids and geeks. But based on the just-released trailer, this rendition doesn’t look like it will be quite as fun or surprising as the various aliens-inside-the-human tricks in the Men in Black movies. A personal favorite was the little green guy working the controls inside what appeared to be an old man’s head. In Meet Dave, the graphics don’t seem too hot, either. Still, check it out [here_.
