I think Taylor said that if the ruling exceeded the date it would pay out short.

I agree wholeheartedly. Thats one reason why I don't read the magazine much, and thats also a reason why I block all ads on my computer.

Oh alright. Thanks for the clarification, I'll probobly short this now... so a "modified" guilty would be nothing other than "guilty" or "plea bargain" or something?

"This prop will pay out POP$100 if the Pirate Bay Four are found innocent of all charges by March 6th, 2009." Once again, a prop payout fails in description. (A quite obvious and common problem at that.) What happens if the court decision exceeds this date?

I agree. Apple offers nothing to the true tech-savvy. I don't care about the apps available for the ibrick or steve jobb's leave of absense. I wanna hear more about 32 nm CPU development or the release of the core I5 or the release of an eight-core proc or a higher tier available from an ISP or the standardization of IPv6 or the use of broadband around the world/decline of dial up or the... You get the point. Quit with the applecrap.

Basically Pgindie insulted m_novoty, and everyone else (including myself) began backlashing, supporting novoty, explaining why we accept him in our community, and that he deserves no such disrespect. Go a page or two into the forums to the previous thread made by Pgindie and you'll find the quarrel.

I'm holding short as well. A lot of my stocks are going opposite ways :p. I'm still holding onto all of them :)

How much is this app? I don't see where many people would be willing to pay for an app that makes them do work no matter how heroic it might seem to report a rarely encountered murderer, terrorist, Brian 'Emmanuel' Mitchell, or any other person of interest that walsh/FBI has already labeled. It would also be much quicker to dial 911 than to tinker around with this app as well. Once this opens up and I have funds from another prop, imma short this right away.
