I guest my comment has been misinterpreted. I’m a capitalist but most of all I like the protection that the old constitution used to give us. I’m not happy that unions are gone. On the contrary the middle class used to exist on this country thanks to the unions who were the last line of defense against the greedy corporations. I hate that faggot actor Reagan who force the air traffic controllers to go to work when they demanded more money. That was an outrage at that time but none of the other unions steep in to help. Since then is sad what has happened to this country. Unless we return to our old ways of doing business and running the government by the statues of the constitution we will be a 3rd world country with the rest of them. For what I’m see all I’m waiting now is for the monkey in the suit to wave a red flag I don’t want to change I want the old true ways back!

Does anyone has a confirmation that GM received 15 billion or more as of today at 15:00 hrs EST?. I guess not. Has an amount been given as to how much they will get? I guess not. What I see is that GM is now bankrupt and in a controlled way being run by the government. This is the only way to get rid of the the unions and pension plans and allow GM to reemerge as a new corporation in our socialist country. This one went short.

Just a simple proof that nobody cares about PPX at the top. I guess that having 500 active player does not justified the resources used for this game. This is why they are so understaff. My next prediction: Will be how much longer the PPX will survived before they pull the plug it.

This link states that it has erupted: http:// volcano.wr.usgs.gov/activity/elevated.php An eruption of Mt. Redoubt, AK, began at approximately 22:38 AKDT, March 22, 2009 (0638 UTC). Eruption cloud height estimated at 50,000 ft above sea level.

Growler30: Why don’t you just try to call Taylor now and tell her roygbiv has already shown you on his link that it needs to pay long. The payout does not specified how big of an eruption must be. So even this small eruption makes the payout statement valid. Try finding something more from the geologists that claimed that it was a small eruption and you are done and right on going long on this one.

ejcassel: {"as posted on the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and/or Department of the Interior websites by December 31, 2009." "and or means" it can just be only one of these agencies that post the news or info on the drought.} The DOI did it first.

roygbiv: DOI = Department of Interior and is all over the page and on the link that I repeat on top from the previous thread and it does fullfill the pay out statement. Just read again. http://www.doi.gov/news/09_News_Releases/022709.html {"as posted on the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and/or Department of the Interior websites by December 31, 2009." "and or means" it can just be only one be one of these agencys that post the news.} By the way this link was provided by vulgarian and not me. Read the previous tread I just repeat it so the administration can also see it after I posted my message. The only links that I provided were these: http://www.ens-newswire.com/ens/jun2008/2008-06-05-092.asp http://democrats.assembly.ca.gov/members/a28/press/20090227AD28PR02.htm Which were the ones to prove that the state of emergency was declared in california which you were counteraguing against huntjorg.

Why does it smell so bad in here??? It is that vulgarian words are full of B.S.??? Take a hike dude. On one prop you claimed for the pay out statement and in another for the spirit of the law. People are not that stupid we can really see you for what you are: "vulgarian the BIG LIAR". At least make your self a favor and stay on one side instead of switching back and forth on what is convenient to you.

roygbiv: I was not wrong on the other thread and neither was huntjorg who uncover the story. The only wrong person here was you in not wanting to check the links on your own. There is no reason for the hold on this this stock is done since last week!!! The payout stament has been meet. A those that profess the spirit of the law they can go fudge themselves. All it matters is that the conditions of the payout statement has been meet.

I forgot to mention that if you want more here is the original proclamantion: http://www.gov.ca.gov/proclamation/11557/ State of Emergency - Water Shortage ... ... WHEREAS the State of California is now in its third consecutive year of drought; and WHEREAS in each year of the current drought, annual rainfall and the water content in the Sierra snowpack have been significantly below the amounts needed to fill California’s reservoir system; and ...WHEREAS the circumstances of the severe drought conditions, by reason of their magnitude, are beyond the control of the services, personnel, equipment and facilities of any single county, city and county, or city and require the combined forces of a mutual aid region or regions to combat; and
