No idea, but it happened to me too. It appears to be a mistake they made when closing the HGHTEST stock.

Was anyone else the victim of an error during the delisting of this stock? I not only lost the money I had invested in HGHTEST, but my account was debited for an additional $27,000! I'm left with a negative balance in my account. I didn't even know the account could go negative. Any of you pros able to help me out? Who do I contact to fix it?
