Hey folks (miss me?). Here's today's prop. Sorry it's arriving so late--our prop writer had a medical emergency (is okay now, though). MYSPACE TRIAL MySpace case goes to court Will Lori Drew be found guilty in the MySpace suicide case by December 2009? On November 18, the infamous cyber-bullying trial against Lori Hill finally went to court. It’s in regards to the death of Megan Meier, a teenager who committed suicide in 2006 after allegedly being bullied on MySpace by Hill, who was pretending to be a teenaged boy named “Josh Evans.” Earlier this year, Hill was indicted with one count of conspiracy and three counts of accessing protected computers without authorization to gather information in order to emotionally damage the young girl. According to US Attorney Thomas O’Brien, the federal statute on accessing protected computers has not been used in a social-networking case until now. Will Hill be found guilty on all four counts? This proposition will pay off at POP$100 per share if Lori Hill is found guilty of all four charges by December 1, 2009 at 3 p.m. EST. Hey amybaby We're definitely not in the process of shutting down PPX. I won't deny that there are problems, but the ones you're addressing here seem slightly confused. LONGLIFE, for instance, is most definitely not past due for pay out. It landed May 25--so it's been only 85 days thus far. As for the prize, the July contest has been awarded (or, in any event the process to award it has begun).

We'll look into closing this early, but I'm pretty sure it's not going to happen. In the past when we've closed stocks early based on announcements to the contrary, we were dealing with much more short-term issues. Because this is so far out (timewise), it strikes me that much of this could change. What if some major technological breakthrough comes in the next year that makes space tourism a breeze? What if Branson is ousted and his successor picks up the pace? You get the idea.
You may have already heard this elsewhere--there's some problem with CRAIGSUES (i.e. it's not merely"switched off"). The developers have been looking into this. It won't affect portfolios etc, and hopefully will begin working properly soon enough. Also, as a general rule--I know you sometimes just want admin response, but these are public forums, it's not really fair to delete threads simply because you don't like the public response.
Hi Kahomono 1. If it goes over that price at the 3 am June 1 update--it will pay long. 2. Thanks. Yeah, we do look at threads in other sections. I don't really see the point of replying to such an obnoxious one, though.
