    Movie Phone

The stunning colors and contrast on the Samsung Show's 3.2-inch OLED screen would be enough to make it a multimedia wonder. But the phone really earns its name from an integrated projector that displays 100-inch images. Other "pico" projectors are themselves bigger than iPods and attach to a cellphone with a cable. By squeezing a projector into the phone, Samsung ensures that you always have a big screen handy—say, for viewing movies on an airplane seat back or photos on a tabletop.

Terrafugia's prototype roadable aircraft - or flying car - recently completed its first successful flight after six months of road and runway testing. The company announced the flight of the Transition, an aircraft with foldable wings that can drive at highway speeds and fit into the average garage, at Boston's Museum of Science yesterday, calling the feat a historic milestone in aviation. "This breakthrough changes the world of personal mobility," says Terrafugia CEO Carl Dietrich. "It's what aviation enthusiasts have been striving for since 1918."

Is it the size of the wave or the motion of the ocean? That debate may never be settled, but a new study out of Italy suggests penile extender claims may not be as “short” on truth as widely assumed. Not something that concerns you, Mr. Well-Endowed? Well, considering the average American’s erectile length (5 inches) is well shy of the French (6.2 inches), Germans (5.6 inches), Italians (5.9 inches), Mexicans (5.8 inches), Chileans (5.5 inches) and Columbians (5.4 inches), consider it a matter of national pride.

The Golden Globe Goes to … Adobe Flash?

By Jeremy Hsu Posted on 4.2.2009 5 Comments

Adobe Flash has helped create many of the animations and games commonly found on websites. But Israeli director Ari Folman used the multimedia software to make Waltz With Bashir, an animated film which explores traumatic memories of his experience as a teenage soldier in the 1982 Lebanon War.

wow adobe has some real power behind it, doesn't it? That's some good stuff. The producer knows that since he doesn't have the super computers and the such to cover a bad storyline with flashy computer graphics, he has to spend more time perfecting the script. Might pick this one up. Looks pretty good.
