    Kinetic Energy for Formula One

    Is Formula One racing out of step with an auto industry whose greatest innovations have been in the area of fuel economy?

    Why do regulators of racing choose to dictate how fuel is saved. Let the racing teams figure it out and we will get some innovation back into racing. Reduce the fuel allotment for each race but, except for safety reasons, don't regulate how it is used and we'll see improvements in economy that can be used by Joe Public.
