A newly declassified 1998 document released under the U.S. Freedom of Information Act (download the pdf here), describes potential weapons for crowd control, such as a microwave gun that could beam words directly into peoples ears, and an electromagnetic pulse that causes epilepsy-like seizures.

    It could also be used for wireless eyeless Internet. TV and internet for the blind.

    Like in the futuristic Simpsons episode where Lisa becomes President and Bart is a driftin bum. Bart Points the gun @ his head and his mind experiences TV bypassing his eyes. He trigger surfs. SIGH 1000 channels and still nothing on.
