I've thought the same thing before about the Drivable T-Rex. My version differed in using quiet electric motors and is fully enclosed in tough, realistic skin. You would use many pinpoint cameras and screens to view the outside. The whole goal of this imagining was to see the reaction of people having no idea why there is a T-Rex looking at them through their windows. That and possibly terrifying a few wild animals like bears.
