I think the proposal of the volcano idea is ingenious! Obviously, we have many more effective methods against enemies, but this would be an interesting tactic to try if we ever had to. Or just bomb a remote volcano somewhere on earth and see what happens!

Never mess with Nature....It can create a chain of events just like having the Ring of Fire may create a large tsunami that will affect both sides of the continent.
