Seeing Spots... Or Not

Lost: Sunspots.
This year, astronomers expect the fewest sunspots—magnetic storms on the sun's surface—in a century. Fewer spots indicates a cooler sun, which could cool the planet by a fraction of a degree.

This spring, scientists in Dubai grew the world's first cloned camel. The project aims to preserve elite racing- and milk-camel breeds.

A slight cooling?
During the last cycle like this one, New York Harbor froze solid for two years. A tavern was built to service the road over the ice to Station Island. The price of grain soared, rivers did not thaw (flooding from huge ice dams), and more.
The solar wind decreases allowing space dust to lower the sun's warming. The current science (outside NASA of course) in different countries indicate a huge cooling and associated dust-bowl (from less evaporation) conditions.
What sourse source claims a slight cooling?
Most sources seem to deny any link between the sun cooling and the earth or a very large cooling that will affect major populations.
