1. Popular Science's Best of What's New AwardTM (BOWN) cannot be used in or on any promotional material until November 9, 2004.


2. The logo can only be used in reference to the actual product or innovation that has been chosen as a BOWN winner. An innovation that is used in a product does not mean that the product is a BOWN winner.


3. If excerpting copy from Popular Science's BOWN issue in an advertisement or promotional copy, it must be approved by Popular Science.


4. If using logo in advertising materials, it must be approved by Popular Science.
