this material would be a perfect platform to develop graphene cables for a space elevator. The cable would be extremely strong, extremely light and a electricity conductor. NASA would be able develop the elevator for less than 18 billion, the cost of the current SLS. The cost of shipping things/people into space will drop dramatically.
