This Week in the Future, May 24 - 28, 2010 Baarbarian

Here are some of our favorite stories this week:

As always, leave a comment to win this drawing on a shirt. If you can't wait, buy the shirt here. Have a good weekend everyone!

Me.

So full of hate were our eyes; that none of us could see. Our war would yeld count less dead; but never victory. So let us cast arm aside; and like
Discard our wrath. Thou in fath will keep us safe; walst we find the path.

I've seen the play Little Shop of Horrors--giant flytraps don't do anyone a lick of good.

The shirt looks cool and I would definitely like it. But I just have to say that darkwolf361's earlier quote is quite moving.

Who needs science fiction when today's science can inspire such awesome T-shirts?

If Thomas Paine was still around, I'm sure that he would say, "Give me the shirt, or give me death!"

As Big Tobacco eyes Big Pharma and all those pork filled state and federal contracts, America dismisses any nagging thoughts of cancer by blissfully enjoying a day at a waterpark where the toys really do have issues of public safety in mind, but for those who insist on dwelling on the morbid, well, should you go way too fast and chip a tooth at the end of the ride, we can fix that too. Painlessly.

When people ask me where did I get that shirt, I could just point to the PopSci logo.

I would like this shirt. Cool drawing.
