(bump)

there is no april 31th or even 31st

They probably mean April 1st :-)

OFF TOPIC- Taylor, do you still go in the General Discussion forum? I started a thread entitled "PPX Leagues...purpose?" and I still haven't gotten any sort of moderator response. Would you mind checking it out if possible and leaving a response. Please.

@ pso7025:

Thanks for catching the typo. Keep up the good work, guys.

Hey mg.mikael--

We've been incredibly busy these last few weeks-- just a ton going on on PopSci.com-- so I've not been able to respond as much in the forums as I'd like to. I'll respond to your thread, though, today. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

You should always feel free to email me with any questions as well (I will get back to you promptly that way): taylor.hengen@bonniercorp.com.

Thanks!

Taylor

The 6th annual Invention Awards are here, from an inflatable tourniquet to a better lobster trap to spring-loaded hocket skates. This issue is all about the celebration of invention.

Plus: Making synthetic biology breakthroughs in a garage, building a constantly-moving ping-pong table, and a ridiculously overpowered barbecue.
