As of now, the package in place leaves GM short of the mark for this prop to pay long.

GMAC bailout money doesn't count.

But not everybody knows this.

So you have two groups of people who disagree on what will happen each trying to correct the stock.

I agree, It is going to be a SHORT for sure. GM, sadly, is not meeting the requirements set to get more money.
