Anybody think a patent lawsuit is going to make Sprint walk away from Wimax by March of 2009?

If you do, then you're very ill-informed. Sprint HAS to make Wimax (Clearwire) work. It's a matter of survival for them now.

Plus, of course, there's the fact that a patent suit won't make them walk away so soon. It would take YEARS for that to happen.

So this is still very very short short short.
