This proposition will pay out at POP$100 if Apple offers a 3G iPhone for sale by May 15, 2008.

And I disagree, the rumor mills are buzzing with 3G iPhone possibilities. I'm long on this one.

They might offer by Late may to mid June because they just released a bigger version of the Iphone, they could risk angering customers who would be asking a for a refund just like when they dropped the price....

Aloso, most rumor mills are talking about lte May june, not early May

This has 37 days and counting. There's no way. I agree with rahulr, if the prop said end of May I might go long, but with the time limit they've set I'm going short. It might be officially announced, but you won't be able to buy one by the 15th.

they might announce it, but it won't be for sale in that timeframe.

Brilliant.

jshariat -- nice find...

This seals my argument on the SHORT......

The best we can hope for is a announcement, just like he MacBook Air, which was not available until later that month or something....

The props going up, but this is just wave riding -- the truth is it is a SHORT>!

Wave riding, or people buying that don't read the forums and think it is going to happen.

That's hilarious about Mossberg. He has turned into such a joke.

Once I realized that's where this 60 day rumor came from I immediately switched to short.

Whats up with the recent spike in the stock!!!

This should be going down like a rock!!!

Any news that I am not aware of?

No. there's just been a hell of a lot of manipulation recently.

It's either that, or people are not reading the proposition correctly. The prop says "This proposition will pay out at POP$100 if Apple offers a 3G iPhone for sale by May 15, 2008."

It doesn't say if one is announced, if it is available for sale. No chance it will be available prior to MacWorld in June.

Short. Short. Short.

All the news is pointing to the next Mac-related conference. This is June at the earliest.

I agree with you all. Short.

This stock is like a roller coaster.....

I am feeling some kind of manipulation here because there is no way that Apple can offer a SALE of the 3G Iphone by May....

People really need start reading the prop!!

If you want to get a ton of free electronics, or at like, 95% percent off, go to http://gadgets.zeropricetags.com/?REF=33951, just put your e-mail, a password, and choose your free gift, then all you have to do is complete a few offers and get some other people to join and you get your free gift, i have already got a iPhone, a tomtom, and an eeePC, now I am working on an iMac.

thanks for the advertising....

ANYWAY!!
CAn anyone explain th recent spike in the stock.... lost like 3k on it...

Just manipulation. Or maybe somebody accidently shorted it 20 times due to a software glitch. Really, your guess is as good as mine.

I had not considered that possiblilty Milk, the multiple transaction glitch could be hosing the system. Wonder how many people that is happening too that don't pay enough attention to catch on?

(said over my shoulder as I run to check my account)

Always glad to be of help... this is my first time.

I can't belive this this thing is still >$20 there won't be a 3G iphone till july 4th at the earliest...

Short now its ending tomorrow!! You can still make a couple grand!!
