According to spaceflightnow.com, the rocket requires clear skies with no precipitation. Also, the launch window is very specifically linked to the orbit of the iss.
The latest weather report calls for thunderstorms and a 80% chance of rain.. The question I have, is if I short it will it pay 0 if there's a delay, or will it pay based on its value when its halted?
If you short it and it's halted, it will still pay at zero. So if you think that it will not happen, definitely short it now.

Man I'm glad I decided to stay long!
...We've had troops in Japan and Germany for over 60 years. Does that mean we LOST WWII ?!?!?...
After liftoff, I watched this continue to trade and move up a quarter to 64.25. Think it will break 90 before they halt it?
I don't care, I stayed LONG! :)

I think it'll automatically halt when it reaches Tuesday, GMT. Although I may be wrong...
OK, then, campsoup1988, you may consider me a member of the same tribe.
My thought is that they will stop trading the stock about Monday or Tuesdsay, but will not delist it until Friday or even next week.

WOW They stopped it on a Sunday. OK. Very slightly impressed. It would have been better if they stopped it before the launch.
Huh, I was kinda right. It did stop around the deadline of 23:59 GMT.
