Philips Wireless HDTV Link

OK, now lets come down to reality a bit here. For teh list price of $650 I get one wireless HDMI that ranges no more than65 feet.

With that same amount of cash, I could have HDMI cabled 7 distributed anywhere in my home, 4 times over.

Unless somebody is severrely hard up for a new wireless gadget, I can't see this going anywhere until it's under $100, smaller than a cigarette pack and has a range of at least 100 feet. Add to that the range reducing factors in all homes, such as my rangemax wireless that drops to one bar only two rooms away; and you have something that might, if you're lucky reach the same distance as a long HDMI cable. ($45)

oops. typo: $850
