Via our pals at Pop Photo: Fujifilm released two new lightning-fast versions of the X-series advanced compact cameras at CES today. The X100 and the X10 come equipped with X-Trans CMOS II sensors that feature phase-detection autofocus pixels on-board. That makes the cameras' autofocus substantially faster--the "world's fastest," Fujifilm claims. Pop Photo will test it out to make sure.
Five amazing, clean technologies that will set us free, in this month's energy-focused issue. Also: how to build a better bomb detector, the robotic toys that are raising your children, a human catapult, the world's smallest arcade, and much more.
