Microsoft Windows Phone 8

Microsoft, in a big one-two punch of mobile, followed up Monday's Surface tablet announcement with today's unveiling of Windows Phone 8. It's the followup to last year's "Mango" update, which we quite liked, but it seems like the updates here are much more for developers than users (i.e. native code sharing with Windows 8). But there's a redesigned Start Screen, actual support for SD cards, NFC sharing very similar to that in the new Samsung Galaxy S III, and support for more powerful phones with multi-core processors and 720p screens. No comments? I'm guessing that PopSci pulled them because of the overwhelming negativity.
Win8 is a dog. It works fine on a toy (sorry, tablet) computer, but on an actual desktop machine the navigation is completely and totally non-intuitive.
If you want to keep your computer useful and productive, stick with 7. (Linux/Macux fanboyz can keep your whopping 5% market share - heck, you might even gain a percentage point or two because of this.)
