The Final ‘X-Men: Apocalypse’ Trailer Is Here

The latest X-Men movie, X-Men: Apocalypse, which hits theaters in the U.S. on May 27, rounds up the whole gang from First Class to take on one of the comic book franchise’s most iconic and fearsome baddies. The final trailer dropped earlier today, and you can feast your non-laser eyes on it above. In case you’ve lost count, this is the ninth film from the X-Men cinematic franchise (counting X-Men Origins: Wolverine and Deadpool), with many more on the way. But this one is directed once again by Bryan Singer, the man behind several of the better ones, including the greatest X-Men film thus far, X2. In the words of Mystique (Jennifer Lawrence) from the trailer: “none of that matters.” But it still looks pretty fun!
