For all of you photogs, another contest is in the works. After the jump, get the low down. And as always, happy shooting!
About the winner:
"My name is Chad Lehmann and when I'm not working at my day job as an electrical engineer, I'm toting my camera (Nikon D80) around snapping photos like mad. My wife and I are both originally from Dallas, Texas, but we currently live in Raglan, New Zealand. I took this photo while volunteering as a race marshall for Rally New Zealand. We had to be on the track at our position by 7am, so it made for an early start, but it was ceratinly worth it as this day turned out to be beautiful for photographing the cars as they screamed past! This photo was eye catching to start with, but by desaturating everything but the car, and adjusting the constrast a bit, the colors and lines really pop out. This photo and others from the race can be viewed on my website illuminationphoto.net."
Photographers, join the fun. Upload your photos, and the editors' pick will be highlighted on the site, along with a short profile of the photographer. The next contest’s theme is "Seasonal Science" and our winner will be chosen in two weeks.

Nice to see a fellow electrical engineer excercising the artisitc side of their brains! I like mixing the technical and artisitc aspects of fused glass jewelry. www.trezora.com
