The surface of the ‘mountains’ consists of a high-tech, eco-friendly pleated skin system. That wraps around the building like a smock to utilize solar energy -- one side of the pleats lets in sunlight through a transparent skin, while the other side is solid.

elegant use of material with what appears about 98% coverage. nice application of substrate tech. wonder how it will do in the rains and typhoons.

I am American, living in a city. I would TOTALLY dig living in a place like this!!! Why the heck can't we build this instead of the ugly brick faced, concreted in walls we build here?!?!?!?!

I think I see Logan 5 in the fore front of the first picture. Is image 5 where they observe Carousel?
