As entries continue to roll in for our Build-a-BUG challenge, we're excited to announce that you've got a little extra time to polish that first- or second-prize entry. We'll now accept entries for both prize levels until April 1, 2008.
Along with our good friends at Bug Labs, we're giving a way a full BUG setup to the first prize winner—including a BUGbase and four BUGmodules—for the best application built using the BUG SDK. And if you're not a programmer, we're giving away an assortment of BUG and PopSci loot, including a one-year PopSci subscription, to the best idea for a future add-on module. For full contest details and instructions for entering, see the original announcement here.
BUG is the open, modular consumer-electronics hardware and Web-services platform that you can use like Legos to build practically any gadget you can dream up. Learn more (and grab the SDK) at buglabs.net.
