Why is it that when there's an "upgrade", several of the good features are removed or you have to dig to figure out how to get them turned back on?
How do I get the "Newest post first" back?
Where are the member lists?
Why do we have to preview, then post instead of having an edit button that a) allows you to edit any of your own posts and b) designates those posts as having been edited, by whom and when (this accounts for moderators editing)?
When will we (the software users of the world) be given an upgrade that actually has what we need and only a few features we're not likely to use instead of the other way around???
We've been doing this (collectively) long enough that we should be getting it right now. How hard would it have been to take a "Features Straw Pole", find out what's working, what's not and find out what the population would like to see, and then (gasp!) give it to them?
Oh, and I posted here because, after hitting the "Post Comment" button over a dozen times in the "Notes on the Site Transition" link and several times on the word games and getting nothing posted, I tried this.
Good God, why is it so hard to get an "upgrade" right??? Come on, people...

I must have been mistaken, but I thought an upgrade was to enrich the end-user's experience. This upgrade has resulted in nothing but frustration and heartbreak.
Yet again I am denied access to my portfolio, the leaderboard or the stock list. I feel my addiction to this is waning.
Nothing frustrates me more than going from something that works to something that doesn't work. And why do I have to preview what I post?
I have grown tired of being denied access at any given time. After I go through the process to get to my portfolio, if I go to the forums for awhile, then I am denied access all over again. If I have to go through that process just to view my portfolio each time, then this is too much of a hassle.
Maybe I'll come back in a few months and see if it is easier...maybe.
Being denied access everytime I want to check my portfolio and having to log in again and again is wasting my time and really pissing me off. I agree with the last comment "Maybe I'll come back in a few months......." MAYBE.

It hasn't been weeks yet - it just seems that way.
Hopefully the new ads will generate enough income for PPX to have more support staff.
I just signed up and i can't even get to the PPX.... i get this when i login in or changed my password: "PPX Error: Session initialization failed: Member username could not be verified."
I thought this was going to be fun...

This is fun I have only been locked out once. Do you run through Internet Explorer? I run PPX through Firefox and have no problems. It is fun because a person gets to hear others opinions on topics that you are interested in or know a little about. Therefore, increasing your knowledge as a whole. Heck, you may even give some of us a few pointers on something.

well im a new guy to this whole ppx thing, and im not getting a good first impression. First of all when i log in i get the message "PPX Error: Session initialization failed: Member username could not be verified." so i cant even try to trade or anything. And i dont know about the forums here, but it wont let me make a new post:(
