1. Tell us what hours you're working on things so people don't waste their time checking in after you've stopped working for the day.

2. Decimal tabs on the portfolio page (like you used to have) would make it easier to scan the dollar amount columns.

3. Folks who have "Access denied" problems might try logging out, and then back in using the links near the upper left side of the page.

I did the log out and log back in a few minutes ago and I'm able to see my portfolio now.

Suggestions: how about the ability to sort on your portfolio by any of the columns? Or ability to sort stocks by end date? Or showing end dates in the stock listing or portfolio page?

I have asked some direct questions in several forum posts with no response. I am surprised that simple requests for an eta or "what time do you quit each evening" are going unanswered. I'd rather hear that it's going to be two or three more days than to keep wondering if I can login now.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions. We'll be tweaking things a lot in the coming weeks and it's great to have user feedback.

As per the login/portfolio access problems some are having - there is another thread addressing these. We have not been able to provide an ETA because we are still investigating the problem—I know everyone would love to know exactly when things will start working normally again for everyone (myself included!) but unfortunately it's the nature of the beast to have to investigate why a given problem is happening before a plan to solve it can be put together. The confusing part is that we're seeing the majority of user accounts working normally, so we're having to do a bit of searching to find why some are not behaving as they should, which is a problem we did not encounter in our extensive pre-launch testing.

We are working long hours getting everything up to speed here, and there definitely isn't one single moment where everyone "clocks out" every day. Also keep in mind that PPX is only one piece of our entire site relaunch—a very important piece, of course, but there are a ton of moving parts involved in this process which all require attention.

Thanks so much for everyone's patience as we work out the kinks. Once everything settled, we're confident that everyone will love the new features on popsci.com and PPX.

So why don't you stop all trading until the site is fixed? The people who are locked out are at a disadvantage.

Put something on the site like due to upgrade problems all trading will cease. We'll post updates when we are ready to open trading back up. Thanks for your patience.

Just plain common sense.

I like that idea. It sucks watching the market move without me. I had one stock of Marslife just waiting for it to start moving. Now of course I can't buy it.This is a bit frustrating.
