I am fairly new so I may be posting this in the wrong place, and if so I do apologize, but I have a question about the Piracy Trial (AARGH) IPO. In the IPO it states "This prop will pay out POP$100 if the Pirate Bay Four are found innocent of all charges by March 6th, 2009." Does this mean if the trial is not completed by March 6th, 2009 that anyone that holds Shares in this will lose there money??? Or will it be extended, or if I think the trial will not be completed, even if it looks like they will be acquitted, should I go ahead and short my shares??? Can someone that is in a position of power with PPX please give me a explanation fast so I can make my decision of what to do. It is just the question could be vague, I could take it to the letter even though I think there will be a acquittal and short the stock or I could purchase it and hold of for the acquittal at $100 a share. PLEASE HELP ASAP?!?!?!?
Thank you, great site lots of fun so far!!!

The prop states that it will pay out long only if all four defendants are found innocent by March sixth. The way it works is if the prop doesn't get satisfied by the closing date, then it pays out short.

Yup, and IMHO I can't see a trial ending by the end of the week that hasn't even had closing comments yet. But yet the stock is going up. Odd, but oh wait! There will be plenty of time to change your position once the news is posted or at the last minute on march 5th.

Trial is over and the verdict is expected in April. Pretty safe short at this point.
