This prop shot up in price lately. As far as I can see, this is a clear short. As chefboiaarni pointed out in another thread, Taylor has said that the prop would short if the case moved from L.A.

"As for moving to a different court, since we specified US District Court in LA... it will close short. SF is not LA."

Most likely, the only reason the prop has remained open is on the off chance that the case gets moved back to L.A. and Realnetworks wins before the deadline.

Even if we ignore the case moving to San Francisco, the earliest we'll see any results from this case seems to be in March (after the prop deadline).

Now, according to the CEO of Realnetworks (Glaser), he expects to win the lawsuit, but he also expects a hearing in March, well after after the deadline.

"In an interview with reporters at the International Consumer Electronics Show, Glaser said he expects that the digital entertainment company will win a suit filed against it in October by six major Hollywood studios."

"RealNetworks is currently subject to a temporary prohibition on the distribution of the software, which a federal judge in San Francisco put in place in October. Glaser said Friday he expects an injunction hearing will be held in that city in March."

Since the case moved to San Francisco and there's an expected hearing in March, this prop should be a top mover towards zero.

Did I miss some news item, or am I completely wrong on this one?
