also, lotta ppl getting pissed off at the managers here because a lot of stocks have been payed out the wrong way and .... then i kinda quit till now :-D

what Capt Jack is trying to say is that the market is much the same as it was 7 months ago. New IPO's a few times a week and sometimes payouts happen promptly and other times they don't.

In the forums, there is the usual requisite whining by some players who had bet one way on a stock that payed out the other way, and the defending of the payout by those that had it the way it did pay out.

There have been buggy things like one IPO is now months old but trading has never started on it (CRAIGSUES), or the fact that new players couldn't start forum topics. But for the most part the market continues, stocks are traded, and the vast majority of props close without controversy.

And you'll notice that some of the "whining" about incorrect payouts is backed by fact, like that in the "beeback delisted?" thread, where the USDA itself provided information showing Popsci closed the stock incorrectly. And then the staunch defense by those who got paid on the stock, but didn't know what they were betting on and got lucky.

Vulgarian, I've always appreciated and respected your posts, but if you turn this into another eight page argument about "beeback", I'm going to lose my f---ing mind.
