I must be sadistic because I jumped at 1000 long for another shuttle mission even though I had $50K locked up in the last one for over a month after it halted. But hey, at least this prop has the right date to start at. And since the admins don't get any love, I am pleased that they are trying to be more clarifying about when they will halt a stock. (As long as it doesn't fall on a weekend)

I'm with you there, after the halted stocks pay out. With the way the PPX is run, if any news of a delay came out, it would be 1-2 days until it was halted.

I cant bid on these new IPOs until BADBEEF 787FLY and MILDWINTER pay out. Ive got alot locked up in these, but hey ive got 12 shares of JULES. =P

Let's hope the admins are a lot more responsive on these props now. And yes, I invested in this one too with all the remaining money I have (which isn't much).

Endeavour's UHF radio fails re-test - Pressurization latest

By Chris Bergin, 3/6/2008 7:06:22 AM

Endeavour's problematic UHF radio - which underwent replacement via parts donated from Atlantis at the weekend - has failed a re-test. Managers will meet this morning to discuss a forward plan.
The shuttle is also undergoing Hyper/MPS (Main Propulsion System) pressurization - which will require an element of troubleshooting via the replacement of a solenoid valve at the pad today. Final pressurization activities are still expected to be completed by Friday.

there will be a delay I believe...

In the past also NASA usually delay their mission....

There is no movement on the stock. I can't believe that players are split 50/50 on this. Are we in a repeat of 787FLY and MARSLIFE where the admins didn't unlock the stock from the IPO price?
Thanks for the info wolverine, however NASA hasn't officially acknowledged this on the mission site (yet).
I'm an optomist and keeping this long. I hope the wave-riders don't screw me on this.

The following sentence leads me to believe they still expect to launch on time:

Final pressurization activities are still expected to be completed by Friday.

A concern is this stock still hasn't opened - implying perhaps there is uncertainty about which way it'll go.

Well it did just open yesterday. Usually takes a day or more before the price moves. JULES went live before ENDV and that's moving, so I wouldn't fear a repeat of those other stocks.

Actually, most stocks move within 12 hours of when you can first buy them.

It's hard to be a wave rider if there are not only no waves but no ripples. I'm long on this sucker.

i wold long this.....

Not any major problems aknowledged by NASA so far. Also, I just checked the weather for the launch date and all looks in order so far!!

What is all the talk about administrators not reviewing or paying off about. I went 1000 long on this and really needing to dig out of a few holes I dug. Any advice???? Help

I have 1000 long. Let's hope for good weather.

Marty-- my advice is that you not dig holes, as joggers can fall in them, break something, and sue you because you deprived them of their right to run around like ninnys. So pick up that shovel and fill those menaces in!

Gorgeous!

We have lift off!!! The space shuttle lifted off at 2:28 a.m 03/11/2008. A rare night time lift off. Way to go NASA!!!
