The Audi A7 is the world’s first fully Web-connected car. A built-in cellular data connection allows drivers to pull high-resolution 3-D aerial images from Google Maps into the navigation screen, dispatching with current cartoonish maps. Using voice commands or controls on the center console, drivers can also search phone numbers, weather maps, real-time gas prices from nearby stations, or Google “coffee shop” to look for a spot in the neighborhood. For safety reasons, drivers can’t pull up fantasy-football scores at a stoplight—but because the A7 generates a Wi-Fi signal, any passenger with a laptop can check them for you.

You won't have a separate bill for your car. You have to sync a phone that has a data plan already to it so that it uses your network using your preexisting plan. So all you have to worry about is going over your data limit with streaming the 3D images for the maps.
i have an audi a4 2001, ive had it since 2001, Never had a problem and it still pulls in envious looks. Go germania!
There actually is a separate monthly bill for the Audi Connect feature. I have it on my new 2012 A6 and costs about $30.00/month.
All the electronics are very easy to use and most functions can be controlled from either the steering wheel controls or voice commands.
The system uses a separate sim card plugged into the DVD interface. Both my kids can view Netflix movies on iPads during long trips over wireless internet.
