THE PRODUCT

The Gennum nXZEN noise-reduction Bluetooth headset

THE CLAIM

Two microphones inside the headset zero in on the speaker´s voice while canceling out background noise.

THE TEST

I left myself a voicemail from Grand Central Station during rush hour.

THE REAL DEAL

Although I could hear some background noise, it was minimal, making it easy to hear the "Get to work!" message I´d left.

BUY IT?

Yes, if you often find yourself making calls from what sounds like a trading floor. But $160 is steep, and the earpiece is uncomfortable.

I have used many bluetooth headset since my work involves many driving.

Jawbone works great but a little bit pricy.

Blueant Z9i works good and price range is about right.

Latte Mocha works good and price is cheap compared to the other Noise Reduction headsets.

Among these headsets, I bought another little known Latte Mocha headset after I lost all my headsets. All becuase of the price.
