PopSci Reader for iPhone:

After its mandatory stint in app-approval purgatory, our brand new PopSci Reader for iPhone/iPod touch is now available. It's a great way to catch up on PopSci.com on the go with full text and images, and it's free.

The app grabs our RSS feed and and presents the most recent ten articles, complete with images. Currently you can browse the main homepage feed, as well as feeds for Gear & Gadgets, the Environment and DIY. And if you want to read articles for offline use, your last pull of the feed remains cached in the app even when you don't have a connection, so a quick refresh before you lose signal can keep you reading on the subway or on a plane.

The app was developed by our friend Dave Prochnow--many thanks to him for his great work! We'll surely be making tweaks and improvements in the future, so let us know how you like it!

Great thing for me! I used to browse almost everyday to read latest news online. In fact I was so irritated last time because I saw how Video Music Awards flow intimidating for a nice winner. The Video Music Awards this year has been getting headlines. Not only did Kanye West act like a complete tool on the Video Music Awards, but there was also the Janet Jackson 2009 VMA Performance. It was indeed a Michael Jackson tribute, with such hits like Thriller, Beat It, and so on – even including Janet performing a duet of Scream along with the video, which she recorded with her brother years ago. Later, Kanye West acted like a complete and total dolt – a vicious dunce and buffoon who ought to be shot out of a cannon.

It's so cool and the app is so useful!
